Castle Creations Return Policy?
At Castle Creations, all products (unless specified on item page or packaging) are covered with a ONE YEAR full replacement warranty dated by the original or copy of the original sales receipt. This warranty covers all failures that result from material or workmanship defects. The warranty is for the original purchaser of the product only, it is non-transferable.
Products used in speed run setups, drag racing, or SAW/outrigger boats are NOT covered by the limited warranty. The ONE YEAR warranty does not cover abuse, intentional or otherwise. Abuse includes, but is not limited to, use of the system outside of its intended use, damage resulting from incorrect wiring, overvoltage, over-amperage/excessive current, improper gearing or propping (overloading), motor selection, incorrect settings, insufficient batteries or connectors, and poor solder joints on connectors, attempts to solder or modify parts on the circuit board.
After a year of ownership or any damage that is the result of abuse, Castle Creations will replace the damaged product for much less than the retail replacement under the Tier Two Non-Warranty service.
The risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to the purchaser upon delivery of the items to the carrier pursuant to standard terms of sale. Castle Creations does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at their facility. At their discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return.
